I thanked the PAX for their prayers over my MIL. She was in bad shape a week ago. She’s doing a lot better now. Her feeding tube was removed on Tuesday. I believe everyone’s prayers did that. I told my M the F3 Prayer Warriors were all over it and she smirked. She hadn’t cracked a smile for days. I love you guys!

Sam Walton I was kinda scared to be honest. I mean you just ran a crazy ridiculous 5k. Wow! I could of swore we just ran the Moratorium 10k. Major props brother!

Loudspeaker kept asking then the “FUN” part was going to start. Sad seeing him move further away. He said he would lit a fire over at F3Chicago. I’m holding you to it!
The mentality this morning was “enjoy the moment” & “savor the small crowd”. I feel we accomplished that. We slowed down a bit to speed up. We stayed together. We worked up a nice sweat. Coffeeteria was the icing on the F3 sundae.
