objective: analysis of late70s/80s punk music, while doing punk-inspired exercises
Warm-O-Rama
After F3 5-points, it was a crowd-inspired Warm-O-Rama (YHC observed PAX movements and called out exercises): arm circles; Tappy Taps; Grady Corns; Lunges around circle; Plank Walkouts. The tunes for Warm-O-Rama included PAX selections of MephiSKAphalese, The Bumble Bee Tuna Song [Nacho Libre] and Front 242, Headhunter [Rowdy Ronda Rousey]

Circle of Trust
The CoT began with mumblechatter about some grievances among the PAX, and was summed up succinctly by YHC with: “Don’t Be a D!ck!” Simple, yet in keeping with the punk theme. Prayers for those we disagree with, to listen with respect, while never shying to also offer contrary points of view ~ just remember the simple CoT.
Naked Man Moleskin
The mumblechatter was very fine ITG today, and great to see Brother Bluto and Full House making it to EIL before their douple-tap at The Bear. Rowdy Ronda Rousey and Nacho Libre know their punk-influenced tunes (and how to get intimate with the WALL during the Hand Stands), but awarded highest choice grade to Brother Bluto for a seminal punk tune from Dead Kennedys. Cousin Eddie has been rumored to be struggling with an injury, but dude cranked Overhead Presses while YHC dropped off into SSHs. Sputnik solid on the 6 subbing in for Daisy (authority role), although many song themes anti-authority (just gotta respect the dude and how he cranked reps ~ don’t think he broke into SSHs once). The workout went right to the wire, and hopefully PAX enjoyed (and got decent workout) …
Also, post-workout broke into an impromtu Chatter Circle that was great (reminder of the 2F aspects of why F3 holds PAX together).
