Introduction
“Today is December 1st, the beginning of the end for 2020.” With a chill in the air, the goal was to be Oscar Mike the entire time. As the Owl in the Tootsie Pop ad asked, “How Many Reps can we do in the Lion’s Den? Let’s find out.” I lost count, but it was a ton more than 3 and they were hard earned.
Warm-O-Rama
Started with 10 Side Straddle Hops, in cadence.
Mosied over to the arena (playground) with coupons.
Ran through the WOD and set the expectations for the squad.
The Thang
The thang involved: gymnastic rings, manila ropes and GripSlings and good ole Wreckbags
10 Reps of each movement, followed by a lap around the parking lot with a Wreckbag of course. (35 minutes running clock)

I think 6 rounds were completed by some of the HIMs. That’s damn outstanding work in the Lion’s Den.
With 8 minutes on the clock, we stepped on the gas peddle for some Mary: Here is where the intestinal fortitude kicked in and the HIMs were asked for just a bit more.

Then took the coupons and mosied back to the rally point. 06:00 Mission Accomplished

Circle of Trust
COT was short and sweet, as I am not much for words, especially when you can’t breathe after this type of beatdown. Q expressed gratitude for the men who showed up and kicked ass. Truly an inspirational bunch of men.
