Introduction
I’ve been having some back issues for the last month and became worse after last weekend so today’s planned boot camp became kind of run club-ish event. But, ultimately, the goal is to get out in the gloom, burn some calories and hang with the boys and a little extra running won’t kill ya.
Weather/AO conditions: 44F with a 40F real feel. Rain held off and pavement was mostly dry. Shorts weather becoming more consistent. Let’s GO!

Naked Man Moleskin
You all rocked it today. You took on a run-heavy boot camp and pushed without complaint (that I’m aware of). Tunes were rocking, the weather was cooperating and heartrates were peaking. Love what Crossroads has become and will be making an effort to get down here more often (after the back heals).
Side note regarding Q-Source. I decided to check out the Crossroads Q-Source for the first time….WOW! Awesome lead of discussion by Gopher and what a group of HIMs, speaking up and providing great perspective. Tclaps all around.
Stay safe, listen to your body (still working on that one….jeesh) and we’ll see you around. I was a Troy Boy back in the day so I will have to check out a Run Club at The Olympiad.
