CoT – What is your motivation? I wanted to bring some friendly competition to this Q. Sometimes competition brings out the best in us. Push yourself to be better and do better. I also included the charity element because I know that is a motivation for me – improving the lives of others gets me out of bed in the morning. I am at my best when I am making a difference. Find what motivates you and makes you better. Stay in that zone. Keep moving forward.
