Run up the stairs to the top floor -hold plank for the 6
7 of Diamonds (straight out the Exicon)

Performed on a large diamond (i.e. a square); we use the outside of a baseball field, but any large area will work. For the first round, do 7 reps of an exercise (burpees) at each of the 4 corners with a mosey (or sprint) in between corners. Each round, increase by 7 reps with a different exercise each round, for a total of 4 rounds. Round 2, 14 four count flutter kicks at each of the 4 corners. Round 3, 21 merkins at each of the 4 corners. Round 4, 28 squats at each of the 4 corners.
*ran out of time and didn’t get to the squats. We focused on form and working as a unit. We explained why it was important to hold the standard. We took turns in having PAX lead a count (their style & speed), we focused on taking Charge when on Q.
Run down the stairs, down to the riverwalk and back to the flags. Look the bridge once for the 6.

On the site Q Channel Wedding Planner asked a question and this was my favorite response, it stuck with me. I dug deeper and went back into Freed To Lead book. I guess a few PAX dislike their names and use it as an EXCUSE not to post. What’s the intention behind our funny, embarrassing, funny, wild nicknames? Humility! I shared Dredd’s definition from the book. I also shared something I read earlier in the week. I won’t bore you with it’s entirely but will leave you with a sentence or two.
Before you step into any situation, look in the mirror at your own heart and see if you are not the problem.
Avoid a scoffer but pray for them.
Some battles you should not fight nor win.
Assumption is the lowest form of knowledge.
God, show us how to approach all our relationships with Your love, grace and compassion.

Road Trip fartsacked SQ Duties his third week on the job, he’s fired. I told the PAX no worries as I would feed him to my Mom. She held his feet to the fire for 45 minutes on our family text thread (Ask Roadtrip to show you LOL).
