I was thinking of a non coupon 
HIIT yet I think a fellowship Ruck would do us better. Bring whatever burdens are weighing you down and let’s carry that weight together. If you don’t have a ruck and weighted west come anyway, we’ll load you up with a sandbag. If you have a sandbag/s bring them please. No PT just a heavy around town

Ruck Up and Sandbag Up!
The Thang
Form 2 columns, the heaviest bags up front (80lb & 60lb), they set the pace, all other bags up front (4 35lbs)
2 mile plus ruck around town while hitting all stairs at 2/3 parking garages. Sometimes the guys up front would WILD out and RUNk instead of Ruck. A few guys made faces but no one complained too much. As we crossed the bridge on the way back to the flags we stopped at the garbage can to trash our burdens.

Naked Man Moleskin
It was a “casual” stroll around town at least from my perspective. Big shout out to Big Wheel hanging in there like a BOSS. He was huffing and puffing yet he never backed down. I’m proud of him for staying HARD. Cousin Eddie also made a celebrity appearance, poor him Blinky rode him with mubblechatter like a donkey. Laimbeer caught some of that Blinky smoke himself, shoot so did I when I asked him if he was sore from the previous days Murph. He basically told me I was a pussy as you can imagine I just cried a bit while keeping my mouth shut. Pool Boy was in from F3Geneva and it was a real treat watching him make those Bags his Bi******. It was a tough hard fought morning. We carried heavy as brothers so when the going gets tough we can also rely on one another to carry the heavier weight life brings. Stay Hard!
