The Thang
Pretty simple, from the base of the hill, start with exercise 1, run to the top 5 burpees. Then back down to the bottom and do exercise 1 and 2, then back up to the top for 5 burpees and back down, the 1, 2, 3 and so on till 1,2,3,4,5 then with remaining time work your way back down 1,2,3,4 all the way down to 1.

3 – 30 Plank jacks (2 count)
4 – 40 Air squats
5 – 50 Side straddle hop (2 count)
All PAX worked hard, stayed together, and finish 7 rounds
