Introduction

Jumping off and on Slack on Friday, I was looking for the preblast for 2 Wolves. I was looking forward to getting back ITG to wrap up the month and get ready for May.

At some point, Shirley Temple posted there was an opening so I figured why not, I want to get a workout in anyway, may as well lead it.

Preblast was written – bring coupons. That’s all I had planned.

Had a hard time coming up with a plan in the evening, so set the alarm early, rolled in, gathered my thoughts, and it came together…

Disclaimer and core principles were shared, and off we went!

Circle of Trust

So, the Q Source topic for the week was Study – one question it posed was “What-What”. Meaning, what happens to us when we die, and what impact does that have on the way we live.

Friday night I was at a celebration of life for a former neighbor. There was loud music, an open bar, and a lot of funny stories. Not sure what he thought about what happens when he dies, but I certainly know the way he lived, and this celebration of life was exactly what he would have wanted. His kids were there along with a bunch of people he made laugh during his time on earth.

That said – back to Q Source, Study. Let’s ask ourselves the What What, find ways to draw closer to our Maker, and live our lives intentionally with the “what happens when we die” question in mind.

Prayers were said, with a special intention for Columbus’s family.

Naked Man Moleskin

I was surprised when pax started to roll in, just how many faces I didn’t recognize. It’s good to see so many FNGs. I was also happy to see some of the regulars at La Luz made it over. It reminds me that I really need to make 1st F a priority, so I can accelerate like these other men. I have been struggling recently, and really need to get my priorities straight. Getting out and leading a workout was a great way to get started.

Thank you all for coming out and supporting me.
