Join YHC at the LP tomorrow for something different. We’ll meet at the north lot by the baseball fields, off of Diehl Road. Bring a coupon and be ready to move. We won’t be moving with the coupon, but we will definitely be moving.
Warm-O-Rama
Abe Vigodas
Motivators from 5
Grady Corns
Mosey through business park to hill.
The Thang
Mosey from the parking lot to hill on southeast side of park. Stop along the way for 20 Derkins.
When we arrive at the hill, we’ll do 11’s with Merkins at the bottom and Bonnie Blairs(1/2 each leg) at the top. Once finished, we’ll mosey back to the lot for our coupons.
Thang 2: We have 5 PAX and 4 exercises. Each PAX takes a turn running to the cone(about 35-40 yards away) and back. While 1 PAX is running, the other 4 do an exercise. Once PAX 1 returns, then PAX 2 runs, and so on until all 5 PAX have made a run. We did 3 rounds with the following exercises: Chest Press, Bent-over Rows, Overhead Press, Curls.
After 3 rounds, we changed to lower body exercises. Same running routine where each PAX took turns running to the cone and back. LB exercises: RDL’s, Squats, Bobby Hurley’s and Lunges.
Mary: Freddy Mercury’s, Boxcutters, LBC’s, Plank ring of fire.
Circle of Trust
Heading to NYC tomorrow and will be at the 9/11 memorial in New York on Veteran’s Day. It seems there have been a lot of misconceptions about Freedom, both historically and recently. Keep in mind that freedom does not come without a cost. Our ancestors fought in many wars to earn that freedom, at the ultimate cost(their lives). If you look across the world, there are many countries where citizens are not allowed to speak their mind, travel at-will, etc.
As we celebrate Veteran’s Day later this week, pause to think about what sacrifices were made for Americans to be free.
Naked Man Moleskin
Small group today, but I enjoyed the mumble chatter. The group kept together throughout the 45 minutes. Thanks to Cousin Eddie, Drago and Doeback for coming out to get 1% better today. Special thanks to Goldberg for volunteering to cover the 6 and for the great photography skills that he put on display.
