We prayed for Swass, Hot Box, and Boy Sandwich’s wife and family. We also prayed for Cable Guy’s daughter and my daughter.

A great workout. Everyone went hard for 45 minutes. The dora took a good 35-38 minutes and our legs were screaming towards the end.

No one was cold for even one minute of this workout. Mission accomplished.
