Woke up about 20 minutes earlier than I wanted to because my littlest dude decided he wanted some extra snuggles. Can’t complain about that. Got him back situated in his bed just in time for my alarm to go off anyways. Time to get ready. Checked Slack while brushing my teeth…a late HC from Bob Ross! It’s gonna be a good day.

Got the AO around 0507. Went over my plan one more time. Got set up. Circled up. Five Core Principles, Disclaimer, Mission Statement, Credo all recited. Let’s get warm.

Repeat a second time with some slight modifications (to make them tougher!) to the exercises and doing 5 reps instead of 10.

2 – Coupon Chest Press x 50 (w/Big Boy Coupon)

3 – Slam Ball Partner Toss w/PAX at Station 6

4 – Overhead Press

5 – Low Plank

6 – Slam Ball Partner Toss w/PAX at Station 3

 

PAX picked a station and then rotated when the PAX at station 2 was done with their chest press reps.

 

Thang 3 – I Go, You Go

Had a little time to spare, but not enough to do Thang 1 again (which was my original plan). So instead we did:

Q does 1 Blockee while rest of PAX hold Cusack

PAX do 1 Blockee while Q holds Cusack

Repeat with 2 reps, then again with 3.

Climb back down the mini ladder but this time, instead of holding Cusack, PAX could ‘rest’.

2 Reps, then 1 Rep.

Too often we are concerned (or obsessed) with the end goal or finished product. Another way to look at things though is to just ‘keep going’. Keep working towards your personal growth and acceleration. Every day. There is no finish line. There is no ceiling. Just keep going. IF I was to get ‘morbid’ … technically there is an ‘end’. But no one should be in a rush to get there. Whether it be with your job, family, or here in the gloom…keep working on getting better every day. Enjoy the process. Don’t worry about when it will be over.
