Mosied to the pavilion with a quick stop for 20 Squats
Thang 1 – 3 sets of each exercise with mosey in between:
- 10 20 30 Goblet Squats
- 10 20 30 Step Ups
- 10 20 30 Jump Squat
- 10 20 30 Calf Raises
- 10 20 30 Lateral Lunges
Thang 2 – 2 sets of each exercise with mosey in between:
- 15 22 Homer to Marge
- 15 22 Squats
- 15 22 Monkey Humpers
Did 30 Quad Raises in the end – Quad exercise with a coupon on your feet
Circle of Trust
Talked about building a plan for your days and having a motivation to stick to it. It’s hard enough to build out a plan that will help you achieve the things you want in life, but it’s even harder to stick to that plan and have the motivation to do everything you planned.
Prayed for Handy Manny as he is going through his recovery, for Koko’s daughter as the family is going through the procedure of putting down their 16 years old dog and for everyone affected by the war in Ukraine.

It was a great leg day and it worked out better than I thought it would. I did not think that my legs would already start to hurt even tough we did not have a lot of weight, only our coupons.
Next time I will try to remember the difference between Good Mornings and Tappy Taps 🙂
