Introduction
Promised a 45 minute run club because I had to get going to head out of town for the holiday weekend. Trail run that incorporates the hill.

The Thang
Ran the trail loop around Iron Lion(approximately 1.3 miles) and included a run up on the hill on the back half of the loop before heading back to the parking. We decided to run the first lap together at a leisurely pace(8:37 min/mile), but ended up running all 3 laps together.
