Introduction

Preblast – “MIX” IT UP WEEK wraps up at Black Panther on Saturday morning. Come join me as I finish up my week of Qs. Day 5: Doing Some Exploring. Your COUPON is required for this one. Plan to travel on all sorts of surfaces. We’ll also need a RUCK for every 2 pax, so bring one along if you have one.

 

We made it! I reached the end of the week. About a month ago I gave myself the challenge of Qing an entire week of workouts. It’s been hard; I’m sore, I’m mentally and physically tired, but I am alive.

It was slightly warmer today than it was any other day this week. I’ll take it!

I arrived at the AO around 6:40 am. A handful of pax were already getting in some EC ahead of the workout. I journeyed out to set up some cones and then rejoined the group back at the flags.  Shoutout to Dick Cheney for covering my usual Saturday morning Site Q duties so I could finish the week.

7:00 am. Circle up! The F3 Principles were shared and the disclaimer was given.

Warm-O-Rama

Grab all the gear. Everyone needs a coupon and we need 1 ruck for every 2 pax. This gear comes with us no matter where we travel to. Divide up carrying however you want. We’re on the move!

The Thang

Let’s go exploring! We can’t explore without our friend DORA. We arrived at the middle area of the baseball fields and partnered up. Partner 1 RUCKS down the path to the cones and back while Partner 2 starts a series of exercises.

  • 100 Blockees (because why not!)
  • 200 Coupon Shrugs (using 2 coupons)
  • 300 Curls

Grab the gear. Time to move again. We carried everything to the far parking lot and circled up for MOTIVATORS.

Grab the gear. We traveled around the baseball fields and back to the middle for another DORA. I had to shorten this one for the sake of time. Partner 1 FARMER CARRIES two coupons down to another set of cones on the path and back to the middle while Partner 2 works through another series of exercises with their ruck.

  • 25 Ruck Squats
  • 50 Ruck Swings
  • 75 Overhead Press

Grab the gear and return to the flags. No time for Mary.

CoT – Thank you for being part of this week, whether you came to one workout, all five, or anything in between. Shoutout to Boy Sandwich and Rx who came out with me every day. I appreciate the brotherhood we all share at Black Panther. I wanted to keep things short and remind everyone to set BIG GOALS. I’ve said over and over again that goals don’t accomplish themselves. Set goals for yourself and put in the work. Big change comes through big goals…and that leaves a big impact. WHAT IS YOUR GOAL GOING TO BE?

Naked Man Moleskin

At the start of the week, I promised a $10 donation to the foundation for every pax who came to all 5 of my workouts. Boy Sandwich, Rx, and I equals $30, but shoutout to O’Douls and Elway who threw in $10 each of their own to round us out to $50.
