Ball Boy and I were a couple minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances, we made the best of it and apologized to the PAX. It threw me off a bit yet blessed are the flexible for they shall no be bent out of shape. The line up last night had me a little nauseated. For real for real. Today I walked out INSPIRED!!! The HIM’s came to work and work we did. I threw some elevated hill work in the mix. Both routes were in the heart of Downtown. I wanted to continue the tour as we all get more familiar with the new sheriff in town, LA LUZ! Today I paid homage to Outpost by wearing my new F3 shirt. During NoR I purposely wore it backwards. La Luz wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for OGOP. I don’t forget nor take for granted.
AAR post work out. Thanked the PAX for the feedback. There’s always room to improve and I’m confident in my ability to do so.

Serena has been showing off a little too much lately I don’t know how I feel about that. He led the entire way. I chased him as long as I could.
Wide Right quickly caught up a little before half way point and led from the front with Serena. His running gainz are showing BIG time. I appreciate the motivation.
