Introduction
The Q feared the weather all night long with storms in the forecast but as the morning came the Great Sky Q blessed us with clear skies & mid 50 temperatures!!!! The PAX virtually arrived with the site Q Flush taking tallies of them HIM’s.
Things quickly got started with a capri lap & after warm arama the men chose numbers & picked their own pain of exercises. Elway kicked things of in style by choosing the pair of exercises with 33 Burpees to get it going! The train continued for 40 minutes before they concluded with a solid round of Captain Thor’s!
CoT was delivered followed by the Q toasting a Miller Lite to the group as they closed things out with a prayer (oops Q almost forgot name a rama but his Site Q stepped in). As the sun rose in the background of garages everywhere the HIMs signed off!

- You will complete 33 reps of each exercise pair then sprint out the end of your driveway with coupon drop & do Miller (Merkin) time: 11 Irkins, 11 Derkins, 11 Carolina Dry Docks. Mosey out 50 yards with coupon (3 houses) then fast mosey back with coupon the 60 yards to the garage.

We are about 3 weeks into to this long…long…long lock down. Many of you like me might be starting to get out of that honeymoon phase where you & your wife are bickering you might be yelling at the kids a little louder. Now is the time to remember what we learned in the Q Source about “Get Right” before you can do anything else. So ensure you are taking some quiet moments for yourself to “Get Right” & what better way than today to sneak out to your quiet back yard or basement/garage & enjoy one of your special beers to clear your head & reset. So I leave you with this little toast.
