Introduction
Almost forgot I was on Q! Clearcoat FTW by hitting me up early afternoon to remind me. Was wanting to do something different so hit up Google Maps and satellite view. Within 1 minute… bingo. Something new.

The Thang
Thang 1: Run to McCarty Elementary (across 59 down long grove, hang the first left) and mosey down to the ball fields with the bleachers.
MID life Crisis (Merkin Irkin Derkin): 10 merkins, then start at bottom bench, irkin at each step as you work your way to the top (2 in a row at the top), then go backwards down. Then 10 derkins from the bottom and second to bottom bench. Total 30 merkins in one set. 3x Set.
10 burpees
Thang 2: 25 dips on bottom step, crab walk up to top and back down. repeat 4x
10 burpees
Thang 3: CORE onation:
100 LBCs
50 big boys with legs up on bottom bench, butt on the ground (reach up and touch toes)
50 leg lifts off any bench, legs hanging off edge at waist
10 burpees
Run back to lot.

Naked Man Moleskin
Life is an ebb and flow, hills and valleys. It’s a process, and we’re often tempted to “get over” the valleys, when in reality we’re designed to “get through it”. It’s the process of going through it that makes us better, not getting over our valley. This applies in all facets of life: work (good days, bad days, good career, bad career), finance, marriage, etc: and it’s not time bound. It could be a great year vs a bad decade. Regardless of the time, it’s a PROCESS that refines us. The Bible calls out sanctification as a process. We’re never going to “arrive” until we stand before the Throne – there is a path we walk all the way to the end. So don’t let the valleys get you today – cling to the knowledge, and hope, that this is a learning process.
