P.S. I’m not usually one to beg PAX to come out to my beatdowns but… tomorrow is Donkey’s first day as a siteQ….so why not make his life just a little bit tougher with a high PAX count! 
Got to the AO around 0505…little later than I typically arrive but my youngest wanted some extra hugs this morning before I left home. Who am I to say no to that!

F3. With everything that seems to come and go in this world lately, there has been one steady constant for me the last three years. This group is always here. PAX will come and go. Some are one and done. Some ebb and flow. But no matter what your personal needs are, if you want to workout in the morning, there is a park (AO) near by with some dudes lugging around cinderblocks ready for you to join. My manniversary was last week and I celebrated by doing IPC Week 1 with a bunch of men at the Outpost. I don’t celebrate my manniversary as much as others mainly because I feel like it was my ‘false’ start date! I came out and did not return for another month! I had a vacation planned and then some other personal stuff. Guess what though, when I came back, the group was here. PAX have all sorts of different stories…you have guys like me who show up and then it takes them a while to come back. You have PAX who show up and then NEVER come back. You have PAX (like Pothole) who show up and then almost never skip a day after that! Guys who post a couple times a week…guys who put up 7-9 packs every week. Again…the constant is that the group is here. F3 is here.
Watching men become leaders has been one of the most rewarding parts of this group for me. For my personal journey…I remember coming home from my first beatdown. My M asked me how it was and I told her it was great but… “I think these guys think I am actually going to lead a workout one of these days! Crazy, right?” Ha…here we are about 85 Q’s later and its been amazing. Watching other guys step up to Q for the first time has been just as great. With it being three years, I’ve been able to watch guys go from their FNG post, through the nerves of their first Q, to several Qs in… to SiteQ (Bronco, One Eye, Donkey), and in this case…let’s give it up for the new Two Wolves Site Champion…One Eye Willy!

Great energy and vibe with the group of PAX this morning. It is great to feel ‘great’ for 45 minutes every morning. The soreness can wait will later in the day HA!
