Post-Thanksgiving Bootcamp!
We will remain in the parking lot for this bootcamp. 1.) Four-Corners Coupon Workout- together as a group, 2.) Tic-Tac-Toe/Cone Drills- team competition, and 3.) Farmer Carry/Running- with a partner.

The Thang
Thang One
Mosey two times around the four corners of the parking lot and do coupon exercises listed at each corner. Mosey with a coupon to another corner after performing the exercises. Total of eight rounds (lists) of exercises as shown:
Round 1 1- Blockee
Round 2 2- Blockees, 2- Merkins (Pull-through)
Round 3 3- Blockees, 3- Merkins (Pull-through), 3-Thrusters
Round 4 4- Blockees, 4- Merkins (Pull-through), 4-Thrusters, 4-Lunges
Round 5 5- Blockees, 5- Merkins (Pull-through), 5-Thrusters, 5-Lunges, 5- One-Arm Chest Press (Both Arms)

Thang Two
We divided up into two groups for cone drills. Both groups had identical cone configurations side-by-side. Once Pax completed the drill they played Tic-Tac-Toe against each other by taking a bean bag and placing it on a 4 x4 grid. Pax returned to the starting point to rinse and repeat until a group won at Tic-Tac-Toe. Seven cones were set-up for the following drills: Side Shuffle Figure Eight, Forward Run Figure Eight, and Bear Crawl.
Thang Three
Pax partner up. Partner 1 farmer carries two coupons around a loop. Partner 2, without any coupons, runs around the same loop in the opposite direction. When the partners meet they switch-off carrying the coupons. Partner 1 continues running in the same direction while Partner 2 carries the coupons in the opposite direction. Rinse and repeat until Mary.
