Warm-O-Rama
Snowden led WoR as we figured out if Gordons was only running late or if he was a no show. So I have no idea what we did.

Circle of Trust
Q’d on the fly and recycled a saying from a few weeks ago at La Luz.
“Sweat more in practice. Bleed less in war”.
That rings true today. During warm-o-rama, YHC stepped up to lead 20 other PAX on a 40+ minute beat down.
Be ready. Always. Be prepared. Always. Practice your trade so when your number is called you are ready, you step up and you perform. Whether that is in F3, at work, at home, or on the battlefield.
Aye!
We prayed for the privilege the Lord gives us to get up at an early hour and exercise and be able to complain about it. Many don’t have that luxury. We are truly blessed. Amen.
Naked Man Moleskin
La Bamba stepped forward during the prayer to thank the PAX for the last portion of the year that has affected his life and helped him to achieve things that he did not know that he was capable of doing.
We are stronger together and stronger because of you, Bamba.
I almost didn’t make it today. 3 snoozes and rolled out of bed at 4:52 am. Only to show up and find that Gordon’s snoozed more than me haha. Well I did what we do. I covered for my brother and I led 20 PAX on a pearl on a string hill repeat workout that sucked. A lot of huffing and puffing going on…it was glorious.
I give Gordons’ a lot of credit for showing up around 5:35 am and taking a heavy verbal beating, and my prescribed burpees, and finishing the workout with us. He could have just stayed in bed and waited for another day. But he chose to face the music like a true HIM, then bought us all coffee. Stand up guy.
Today, I’m glad I forced myself out of bed to make it to F3 and end up leading a last minute workout. It’s moments like this that God places in your life.
Finally Miyagi and Rusty are OG beasts. Don’t let age and gray fool you just because you may see the occasional modification. When pushed, these guys shove back…hard. Respect!
Laimbeer out.
