The AAR was FIRE. Some thought it was a little harsh yet I haven’t walked away inspired from one in a while. Only two that I can remember. I appreciate Shirley upping the ante and holding me to an advanced level of accountability. He sharpen my axe yet I had forgotten the sharpening of my sword is often painful, and not pretty. I’ve been doing Q Schools for a year or two now. The seed was planted at my first GTE Event and I came back home and try to duplicate what I experienced. The thing about these last two years is that I became wise in my own opinion. I walked away humbled, grateful and inspired. I’m excited to rise to the challenge. The coolest thing of it all was Shirley reached out after with a solution to our “problem.” Not only did he identify a gap, he offered a solution. Once again he showed why he’s a true HIM, an example for me of who’m I like to be. We got some things in the mix thanks to HIM and after posting with Snack Crackle Pop he’s asked to get in the mix. We appreciate your trust in allowing us to lead and you deserve our absolute best. Until next time…
