When I first started F3 almost one year ago, there was several men who were responsible for pushing me to get through those first few months. Guys like TPS Report, Urkel, Appletini and Trickle made sure that I didn’t quit and it recently occurred to me that I am now one of those guys who is providing the same leadership to the newer guys. I think it is important for us to realize that point where we can give back and help the guys who are at the same level we were when we started. We each have that ability to make an impact on them as they are just starting their journey and help them get to the next level. Once they reach that next level, they will be the ones who step up to help the next round of new guys.
“A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better” – Jim Rohn
