The circle of trust is where one can open that door, break down that wall and show your true self. I am a passionate person. That will get me in trouble and make enemies but as I heard earlier this week from Uncle Rico, “be passionate anyway.” There’s a lot going on in this country right now, and I’m scared. I’m scared to go on vacation. I’m scared for my kids to go back to school in the Fall. And I’m scared of how blindly people follow other people. At the same time, I have the courage to face these fears. If we go on vacation, we will be safe. I cannot control the actions of others. Depending on the plan the school rolls out, we will decide what is best for our children and we will have the courage to implement it. I have never blindly followed a leader of this country. They are all flawed. But I will have the courage to stand up to our current administration and those that blindly support it. Politics by their very nature are divisive as it pits one side against the other but that is not as it should be. There is common ground to be had.
There is something systemically wrong in this country and it starts at the top. Examine and challenge all that you see and hear for the truth does not come from one source alone. I won’t go too far down this path as I know there are passionate PAX that will blindly defend this president. So much so that they will resort to the same denigrating language and tactics as the current administration. That is all for now. Be the reason someone feels welcome, seen, heard, valued, loved and supported. Thank you for listening. Let us pray.

Naked Man Moleskin
After the Diamond suit, it seemed like we had too much time left before the Clubs (or Mary) so we decided to start a round of 11’s (hydraulics on one end, shoulder taps on the other). When it was about 5:50, I had the PAX mosey back to the flag for the Clubs. We skipped the shoulder taps, since we just did a bunch and completed the rest. I went back and modified the rep count to account for the “extra” time so the version you see above should work for 45 minutes and be more in line with the overall theme.
