Introduction
I saw that there was an opening on the Q-sheet for a run club so I took it. I am not normally a “Run Club Guy”, but I have been trying to get out of my comfort zone and saw this as an opportunity to “get comfortable being uncomfortable”….. As I said in my pre-blast, we were going to keep this simple… Let’s see what we did….

The Thang
RUN!!!!
Run a loop around the Church lot then down to the Eola Center Health Club lot and back…. There are two “acceleration zones” along the route. In these zones, push yourself to run faster. Use the other sections of the loop for active recovery.

My message was pretty simple today…. like the acceleration zones in the loop, find areas in your life where you can push yourself a little harder.
We prayed for Harbaugh’s mother, Joan, as she and her family deal with breast cancer. We prayed for everyone else in this world that suffers in mind, body or spirit and asked for God’s grace, comfort and healing in their lives.
We thanked God for the day and the ability to come out in the early morning to do difficult things so that we can push ourselves to be better men. AMEN.
