Introduction
PRE-BLAST: CALLING ALL CLYDESDALES! @channel We won’t be murdering any bunnies, tapping any shoulders, or doing any freaking burpees. But we will be focusing on improving our running form. Consider it active recovery after IPC. Sound interesting? Drop your HC below. I’d you’re under 200 lbs consider throwing on a vest. LFG!
Crisp morning, 54* and clear. Perfect morning for running. Let’s go!

The Thang
Interval running training. 90 seconds of mosey and 60 seconds of walk. Rinsed and repeated around the AO until we got to the hill. We broke into to two groups and each group did four sets of hill sprints. Then back to the interval running until we returned to the flags at 6:00
Circle of Trust
I learned last year during the Iron Pax Challenge that it’s smart to Q the day after an IPC workout so you can control the workout. This morning was a perfect active recovery day to yesterday’s beatdown.
I never considered myself to be a runner. A year ago, I would have ended up walking much of today’s Q, but today, I could do it with no problem. Everyone comes to F3 from a different place. We all have different fitness levels and body types. I think that’s why this Clydesdale group is taking off. Everyone supports everyone, no matter where we come from or what our differences are. That’s why I love F3.
We prayed for Carmen’s family, Elway’s brother and Appletini’s brother.
Naked Man Moleskin
I’m really proud of what is happening with Thursday mornings at Black Panther. It couldn’t happen without F3’s “Freed to Lead” culture. I’m just happy that it’s resonating with so many guys. I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
Until next time,
Judge
