Introduction
Stronger Together, (15) Strong and Determined F3 Naperville PAX ventured out into the 28-degree morning for a run in Aurora’s Crown Jewel, Phillips Park!
Past the howling Wolves. Thru the honored Memorial Rose Garden. Around Mastodon Lake. Back to the Flags and around again!
4 Mighty Strong PAX EC’d for 7-9-10 miles!!…in the end totaling 11- 13.2 Miles before the morning was over!
Let’s hear how we did it!
BTW: Aladdin was our trusted, effective and responsible Site Q!! No Man left Behind!!
Warm-O-Rama
We circled up, BR acknowledged the outstanding EC runners and off we started Warm-up!
(25) Side Straddle Hops!
(15) Abe pagodas.
(25) High Knees
(10) Merkins
..back to (25) High Knees
Then back to Side Straddle Hops…and we were ready.
The Thang
BR laid out the route. Aladdin took a count. We all set our watches, Strava and the like — and off we went.
Bravery throughout.
Courage throughout.
Accelerating throughout.
…and going thru the Memorial Rose Garden, being serenaded by the howling Wolves in the adjacent Phillips Park Zoo, was the inspiring Aurora War Memorial — for those Brave Soldiers who fought and died for our Freedom — including Honors for the 1944 Medals of Valor and up to our current Brothers in Arms.
Salute!
The Lake was beautiful. The air was crisp. The F3 Brotherhood was strong.
We also had (2) accompanying 4-legged doggie friend running with us — courtesy of Cataracts and Zubas!
Circle of Trust
7:25 — We returned and circled up.
Following Aladdin’s Count-All PAX Accounted for, Announcements and Name-o-Rama, we then took a knee in Ball of Man.

We bowed our heads and prayed. We prayed for Urkel’s daughter. We prayed for a couple of Bros. We prayed with thanks to be better Husbands, Fathers and Leaders. We all said, AMEN.
