We gave thanks for the privilege to be out ITG at 5am and complain about a workout. We are blessed.
We also prayed for Swass, Boy Sandwich and Hot Box and their families. We gave a request to the Lord to guide my daughter and Cable Guy’s daughter on their paths and with their struggles.

Secondly, this group worked hard. Chazz hustled. Cable Guy is a burpee machine. It is like he is hinged at the hips.
The most interesting mumblechatter was at about 45 minutes when Baby Hands started talking about his vasectomy. I interjected that it was easily top 3 best decisions I’ve made in my life time. It launched a debate about getting snipped. All statements were pro vasectomy (for the record).
A bit disappointed that super BD guys, Glenn and Serena were no shows. I guess when real lifting is put into play things get scary. Now that I think about it, Glenn and Serena came to the first BD I ever Q’d and haven’t been back to one since. hmmmm, interesting.
