The Thang
Wheel and spoke workout. 10 stations each with a different coupon based exercise done to 20 reps. Pax completed an exercise then rifle carried to the center where they performed 5 blockees then murder bunny to the next station moving anti-clockwise around the circle.

I wasn’t prepared for a CoT message but the word grateful came to me just as I started. I tried to remind the Pax to be grateful for all everything we have in life, small to big.

I tried to go into this one without reviewing details like cadence and the statement stuff at the beginning to see what I need to continue to work on and prepare for.
