Introduction
14 PAX joined me for a tour de parking lot. The temperature was nice, but it was quite windy coming around the third turn.

Circle of Trust
The theme today was about pushing yourself past your limits. If one completed the 10 rounds,then they ran 2.5 miles, at a non run club. I challenged the group to figure out what they are uncomfortable with and jump in head first. At the beginning, getting up early was uncomfortable, then the workout was uncomfortable, then the cold was uncomfortable, then the heat was uncomfortable, then the running was uncomfortable. There will always be things that are uncomfortable. Attack them head on.
Today we prayed for Faye, Belay’s mom and Evan, as well as all those thoughts and prayers that went unspoken.
