There’s Puddles in the forecast! Come join me for a great start of the week at The Citadel!
We will stay mostly on pavement mixing up coupon work with some puddle friendly full body workout. There will be music to keep us pumped and will be moving non-stop for 45 solid minutes.

Fast Run in place while doing alternate seal and overhead claps.

We are all constantly flooded by ideas and it’s good to be open minded and check, review and discern all points of view, but that is not the end.
Sooner or later we have to commit ourselves to some beliefs that seem reasonable and make sense. We need to watch what we feed our minds so we can move forward and be the Men we are called to be.
Naked Man Moleskin
Every workout starts by mentioning one of the 5 core principles: “Held outdoors, rain or shine”.
This time it got real. I’ve been in mild rain workouts before, but nothing like this. When I got to the site earlier to set up the workout it seemed like the rain was slowing down, but it didn’t.
As PAXs starting to come it was clear this was going to be a very wet workout. After Warm-O-Rama the music started with “Beautiful Day” by U2 and we all embraced the wetness. Chest press in puddles of water with the rain falling on our faces, bear crawls that splashed with every move.
At one point we heard some loud thunder, but no lightning forced us to take cover. By the end we were all soaked but got stronger together!
