Introduction

What better way to return from spring-break then to start early on a Monday with a ridiculous workout that even the Q couldn’t do.

The Thang

Starting at the end of a parking space stripe, the PAX would quickly jump back and forth over the stripe to the end of the stripe.  They would then side-step into the parking space, Bernie Sanders back to the start and side-step to the next line.  This would continue 10 times.

Next, at one side of the parking lot, the PAX would do 15 coupon curls then jog to the other side of the parking lot.  There, we would do 10 Merkins and jog back.  The PAX would then rifle-carry the coupons to the next line of parking spaces and repeat.  This ended up being 10 sets of exercises.

Ended with a set of Marys: Big-boy situps, Box-cutters, LBC’s, Imperial Walkers and Squats and ended with about 20 seconds of stretching.

Rest is as important as activity.  The body needs rest to heal as does the mind and spirit.  Our lives are busy enough to get caught up in the idea that we always need to be moving or working hard that we forget to rest every now and then.
