Look what I can do!   We’re going on an adventure that will start and end with a one mile mosey, in between we’re gong to do a whole lot of hanging around, while also pushing and pulling to a better self.No coupons,  good running shoes :man-running:

Like a Duck

We’re all men of action and ambition, proven by our early morning presence.  We work our butts off to take care of our families and succeed in our careers.  Like, really work our asses off.  I love the analogy of a duck on water – cool and calm gliding across the water as viewed from above, but paddling like hell under water.  Lets’ recognize and celebrate all we each do.

Also, recognize that we can’t do all we do with out great support.  This comes from family at home, coworkers/employees, friends, and each other here at F3.  Make sure your support knows you appreciate them.

I was a little bummed McDowells didn’t show up with this lat focused work out.  I was all excited for it, I got up WAY too early to head to the school to set up the station and leave a coupon and my speaker.  The park offered a ton of fitness opportunities, we’ll go back – but maybe start there as a DR, we lost a lot of time during the run.  Also, I need to run more…  I’m still not in great shape.
