Introduction
Temp was around 36 F today, but pretty windy. Definitely needed to get the blood pumping early and often to stay warm especially after a week with temps in the 60’s working out.

Pretty short and sweet today. Talked about accountability and the importance of this in our life to be successful. Reindeer games is definitely helping hold us accountable to getting out and pushing ourselves and others. Praised the guys that typically come out to The Wood about how its clear that they are holding each other accountable hitting workouts and doing EC rucks. Keep up the excellent work men!
Naked Man Moleskin
A couple of us were able to finish Thang 1. Got back to the parking lot and started Thang 2 with about 8 minutes to go to Mary. Totally screwed up the directions and cadence on the opposite elbow to knee big boys. I think I got it now for next time:) Thanks to Pi for having my 6 and brining the coffee. 6 of 8 completed a 3 mile EC ruck after the beatdown. Great mubble chatter. Really enjoying the EC rucks as its providing an opportunity to get to know other PAX.
