Meet in the lot by the high school. We will be on the pavement.  Whole body workout. Maybe a partner or team workout. We will stick together regardless. Some running in the parking lot. Bring your coupon!  SYITG!!!  HC below!  Music will be a 2 for Tuesday and all genres are a possibility!!!

Plank on Coupon Each Knee to opposite Shoulder, leg lift each side, merkin & thruster – 10 Reps

Reverse Situps – 25 Reps

Overhead Hold – 30 Seconds

Overhead Press – 15 Reps

Side to Side Lunges on Coupon – 20 Reps (10 each Leg)

Coupon Curls – 25 Reps

Round 1 Run Lap Around the island in parking lot. Round #2 Suicides, Round #3 Bear Crawl to the cone and Crawl Bear back.

Flutter Kicks with Coupon – 25 Reps

Thang #2 

Each team ran 1 set of the suicides.  While the other team did side straddle hops.

The top two from each team advance to race the suicides.

We took a moment of silence to pray for a few individuals and any other prayers we had to say on our own.

Naked Man Moleskin

Several men ran 3 miles prior to the workout.  The weather was about 19 degrees but we stayed warm.  I started doing Good Mornings instead of Abe Vagodas.  They all had a laugh at my expense.

We had plenty of time to get through the 3 rounds of Thang #1 to finish with Thang #2.  We ended up only having about 2 minutes left and we planked until 6:00.

We were rocking the 2 for Tuesday Playlist the entire workout!

I tried a new exercise and we are still trying to think of a name for this one.
