Pace, loops, heart rate, distance or for some simply getting out ITG (in the gloom). Ruckers/walkers be mindful of the runners and head clockwise. Runners run counter clockwise on the

I’ll be spending more time at Dark Tower, my home AO and IMHO the best AO in the Nation. We’ve gotten a little soft and I don’t like that shiiiiiiiiii.
We can’t invigorate Leadership when we don’t hold The Standard or each other accountable. I believe we have an opportunity to bridge that gap and I plan on being part of that invigoration.
This morning I thought Overthrow wanted the smoke but after 3-4 laps I saw I was mistaken. I was trying to pace him at an even 8 min pace.
Personally, I’m proud of Snart honoring his HC. Way to be!
No fartsacks to my knowledge. No callouts & great attendance. I’m not one for numbers yet they’re always there. Glory to God! Great coffeeteria @ Sparrow.
The thought process in welcoming ruckers & walkers to help our brothers struggling to get out ITG. We all have shit going on in our lives. Let’s remember to not kick our brothers when they’re down.
