Split into 2 teams of 3: Turtles vs Foot Clan; trivia questions for points through-out. Competition winner gets points.
- 9-box cone race with final cone at center, 5 reps per cone
- Medicine ball toss + Sandbag carry (fewest tosses for specified distance, bag never hits ground and everyone must throw the medicine ball at least once)
- Backwards medicine ball toss (fewest tosses for specified distance, everyone throws in order)
- Tug of War 2 v 2 until everyone on each team has gone twice
- Coupon ladder race – 2 exercises, 30 reps each cone
- Standing Mary & final Capri lap

Why the TMNT? I loved the cartoon growing up but there are 2 important lessons:
- Each turtle had different strengths and personalities. They only won when they worked together as a team. In 2022, I tried to be a singleton in accomplishing my goals….I took more L’s than necessary. Commit to F3, commit to the team, and work together to win in 2023.
- Turtles are slow, steady, and consistent. And that’s how they beat the rabbit. While everyone is off to the races to start 2023, make a plan to build consistency and take that daily red pill….focus on one day at a time and doing what needs to be done….and you will end up where you need to be. Be slow, steady, and consistent like a turtle.
Naked Man Moleskin
Saw an open Q-spot and wanted to start the year right. Had a lot of fun planning and executing this beatdown. Looked liked rain, but it held off for most of the workout. Lost my phone beforehand but Eminem helped me find it, thankfully! Proud of Eminem & Heavy Bag. They keep on accelerating.
Also, loved listening to Vanilla Ice’s “Go Ninja, Go” song.
