I would like to take the opportunity at this time to recognize two among us who demonstrate what it means to be a true HIM and to always be willing to be the Iron that sharpens other men. I’d like GB and BH to kindly join me currently.
The HIM belt is an F3 Naperville tradition and it is passed from PAX to PAX in recognition of someone who embodies the three F’s of Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. I can think of no better glaring example than the accomplishments of GB this past weekend at F324 when looking to check all those boxes. The 10k in charitable donations, 24 straight workouts, the rippling benefits of PAX meeting together at all hours ITG and with their loved ones. GB, I thank you for your friendship, your humor, creativity and unrelenting drive. This is undoubtedly the easiest decision I’ve ever made. It is my pleasure to pass along to you the F3 Naperville HIM belt.
Today also marks a new tradition. I present to you all the Iron Sharpens Iron award. Proverbs 27:17 reads; “As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. The intent of this award is to recognize PAX that are willing to not only push themselves physically and mentally, but to also push those around them as well. Baby Hands transformation story is his to share, but it is remarkable. This past weekend Baby Hands not only finished 24 straight workouts, but he led, pushed and mentored others the entire way. He did not just reach the finish line. He blew through the tape. Baby Hands, I cherish our friendship, your candor, look forward to the return of the bro hug and thank you for never letting anyone die on the hill. I now present you for the first time with the Iron Sharpens Iron award for constantly pushing the envelope and pushing others to new heights they did not think were attainable.

Today was truly a great day. Honoring brothers and seeing PAX gather together will always make me smile. These are things that will never get old for me.
I had a chance to talk to Uncle Rico at the end of the workout and let him know personally how astonished I was by the amount of money he helped raise. His response could not have been more HIM like, humble and perfect. He was kind enough to educate me on how he kept coming up with new ideas to help drive the number. It was a real learning experience for me and cemented the reason why I always seek Uncle Rico out ITG. There’s always a kind word, or something I can learn from him. Sometimes there are just not enough HIM belts to go around. Nevertheless, he always seems to be wearing one in my eyes whenever our paths cross.

Nacho returned to the gloom and did not have a shortage of things to say. Missed the chatter from him lately more than he probably knows.
Hot Box came out as well for the first time in a little while and has not missed a step.
Sulley and Glass Joe, the worm has definitely turned for you brothers. Time to get on that Q sheet. Follow Fredo, Riunite and Dorn’s lead. Just don’t do any damn Elf on the Shelf thangs! I almost renamed the Riunite Wine Mixers to the “How are we friends and how sick do you have to be to make these the sixth day of Christmas”.
Fredo, thought about your last CoT when seeing you today. Some messages are meant to stick around and they do for good reason.
