@channel Two Wolves is THE place to be come 5:15am. Tomorrow we will put those coupons to work and set the nets on 🔥🔥 with a little friendly 🏀 Infused Beatdown Competition. That’s right, one of my BP, and fan favorite, BC’s will be making its debut at Two Wolves. No spectators allowed here. Start your morning off with 45 minutes of Coupons, Cardio, Competition, and Fun. It was a beautiful Saturday morning for a little Basketball Infused Beatdown. I have only done this workout at Black Panther on Saturday’s (besides the one time I lead it at the IL for a convergence segment). I was excited to bring the fun to a new audience. I arrived early to set up. The sky was amazing – with the sun just starting to make its way over the horizon. It was going to be a good morning. Cars starting rolling into the lot so I ended my pre-BC shoot around (which did not help me during the workouts) and made my way to the flags to welcome the PAX. 5:15 hit and we got the fun started.
Welcome and Disclaimer were provided and we were off.
There was some mumblechatter around where RC was, and as RC pulled into the lot, we all paused to wave to him – he acted like he didn’t see us, but we know he did!

The Thang
Grab coupons and mosey to basketball courts. Count off by 2’s.
Start at baseline and perform exercise. Move to mid court and back to starting baseline and then move to far baseline. Options: try layup for 1 point, free throw for 3 points, or 3-pointer for 5 points. One try only. You make it you get the points otherwise no points. Run back to the starting baseline and record your points for your team. Repeat until time expires.
Thang 1 – 4 min AMRAP – Reps then move – losing team = 5 burpees
Selected the first 4 exercises to spell C-Bus – to let him know we were thinking about him.

Team Warriors came out of the gate on fire, winning the first 3 rounds – resulting in 15 additional burpees for Team Celtics. Round 4 The Celtics came alive, hitting 3 after 3 and took round 4. The Warriors clinched it in Round 5 with a win, but the series kept going. Round 6 was a tie with the final Round 7 going to Team Celtics.
It was a great start to the weekend, with some good mumble chatter for 45 minutes of movement and fun. Everyone crushed the workout and I hope all had fun in the process.
