Easy enough – good mornings, imperial walkers, arm circles, and some SSH to get the blood running. Wanted to get things kicked off as close to 5:05am as possible.

Naked Man Moleskin
I shared some personal struggles with getting close to slipping into Sad Clown syndrome. It’s a valley right now in the ups and downs of life. Hard to get out of bed, hard to communicate, hard to do work. But there are two things that helped, and will sustain me through this valley for now.
One, my relationship with Jesus. He is in control when things feel out of control. He brings peace to the noise and calms any anxiety.
Second, it’s brothers like today. If you are also in a valley, or when you get to one, reach out to a few. Share your heart. A word of encouragement can go a long way. Stay committed to exercise, even if you back down to 1 or 2 a week. Still get out there. Physical stimulation is important during these valleys.
