Mosey to the starting line.

Directions are given, we’ll be running to the Pratt building and back to get situated for the upcoming remembrance BC by Laimbeer. I’ve set some cones at each intersection to stay on course.

~3.1 miles there and back. Once you return to the start line, lap the Wilder Park loop until 5:55. Head to the flags for mary.

Start your tracking devise GO!

The Thang

I wanted to break the ice from our traditional routes and head towards the Henry Pratt building so PAX are familiar with the area.  There is still plenty to explore at this AO little by little we’ll head into the west side of Aurora and tee into endless option to run! My goal is to catch some of the AU track and field guys to EH them into F3. Once that happens we’ll be getting real runners IQ that will better all PAX. F3 is making a mark in Aurora, I can’t wait for the numbers to grow.

Please follow the cones and run, the final cone will be in front of the Henry Pratt building. Once you see that turn around and head back.

Groups start to form blood is flowing on this nice chilly 10 degree morning. Lesss get it !

I chose this route because of a nice hill we run into on Garfield. According to pax and myself it did not go unnoticed lol Success!

Blues is in the lead as many pax follow his glow! Perfect visual for directions.

Surely we reach Pratt and the pax start to cross paths. Turn about goes smoothly, head back to AO.

My goal was not to touch base with the occurrences of that day inside Pratt but to get a visual for the upcoming BC. Laimbeer will cover that Tuesday.

We get to the starting line, time to lap Wilder Park 🙂

I love this loop because it sucks lmao. The city is fixing up this area real nice! They are setting up a small stage in the south end of the park. Looking forward to using this area in the near future, maybe even new location for the flags. We hear talks about developing residential sites on our current meeting area. But time will tell. Non the less Wilder Park is looking great!

The pax start to loop the park a bit of huffing and puffing but we get it done!

We get closer to 5:55 and head to the flags for mary.

On your 6!

The first exercise is American Hammers-30 IC.

The next exercise is High Plank, Low Plank on repeat.

Circle of Trust

Thank you guys for coming out this chilly morning.

This past weekend a few of us attended the 20th university Miami Marathon. It was amazing!

It taught me one thing. Never under estimate the heart of a champion!

Your fitness level your physic does not determine the will power of your heart. We seen people of all shapes and sizes, even more so with disabilities ready to conquer the task at hand. No matter how fast and fit you may be when we meet at the starting line it’s what’s inside that matters. Run with your heart, run with your mind and your body will follow. Fatigue will eventually set we’re human then you’ll see that one ounce of inspiration that you need to refuel. Rather it be a sign that someone wrote along the way, another runner with no legs and arms. Your heart will light up again and help push through the pain the struggles to help you cross that finish line. No matter where you are in you fitness goals remember that no one can question how much you’re willing to endure to reach that goal.

Whether you think you can or you think you can’t you’re right.

You determine that. Not the fittest not the strongest! But YOU.

Naked Man Moleskin

Prayer for a number of pax, we’re here for you.

Shout out to BR for having my 6th and gathering everyone at the flags.

Shout out to all those putting in that work you know who you are, and to those who up and coming in this journey. We’re stronger together.

Until next time, Road Trip.
