Welcome to F3 you’re at the famous Dark Tower! My name is Road Trip.

Warm-O-Rama
The first exercise is The Burpee-5 OYO.
The next exercise is The Burpee-10 OYO. lol
The next exercise is, you guess it The Burpee 15-OYO
The last exercise is SSH-30 IC.
That got my blood pumping! Less get it duuu!
The Thang
Pick up your coupons and form two lines we’ll start the mosey.
Lines are formed in the parking lot by the flags, we head north on the path towards that little store by the bridge.
We get to the location hault! Circle it up!
We’ll be doing curls in 3 sets. 15 resp each.
1-start low, lift to elbows
2-start at elbows, lift to chest
3-full curl.
DONE!
Repeat the set BUT with 10 reps each.
My arms felt that second set lol fuck I rather be running. But enough of my thoughts!
The next exercise is Blockies-10 OYO
10 count from a pax, much needed. Mumble chatter is bit low so I think I yell a bit lol Other then that pax are doing work!

We east towards the Eagle St and head under towards the river walk, HAULT!
Line it up along the river walk and face the river.
The next exercise is Squats w/coupons-30 On my down. DONE!
Place your coupons below your butt and make sure it touches on my down.
The next exercise is The Squat-30 On my down.
I ask Putt Putt for a ten count while I mosey along to the front of the line.
Don’t leave your coupons and form two lines again we’ll continue up to Weber St. While crossing the bridge towards the fountain , rifle carry. We make it over the bridge SSH for the 6 around the fountain.
Circle it up!
The next exercise is The Merkin-20 On my down
We bear crawl forward towards the ledge on the fountain.
The next exercise is The Irkin-20 on my down. Recover and on your feet!
10 burpees OYO
I’m thinking to myself damn we’re about half way in. SSH for the 6. DONE!
The next exercise is Dirkin-20 On my down.
Arms are a bit sore so I think the hell with this fountain let’s move lol
Pick up your coupons let’s mosey! We head west and find ourselves on this little outdoor stage area.
Line it up on the concrete benches.
The next exercise is the Box Jump-30 On my up.
Followed by Step Up w/coupons-30 On my up.
Let’s form two lines and head towards the Hill.
We get to the base of the hill.
The next exercise is Murder Bunnies to the top of the hill OYO. The guys are really murdering bunnies lol.
I stop briefly and yell again, then continue to the top. A number of pax already waiting.
We all make it , cool down walk towards the flag.
Circle it up for Mary.
I leave my coupon in the middle.
The next exercise is Bear Crawl to the middle, touch the coupon then Crawl Bear back.
We then Gorilla Walk to the middle touch the coupon and crawl bear back again.
Lastly we Monkey Hump to the middle the bear crawl back one more time.
On your 6!
The next exercise is American Hammer-30 IC
The last exercise is Leg Lift-20 On my up.

I’ve been reading Freed to Lead and it mentions the “what” and “why” in F3.
F3 is here to plant, grow and serve small workouts for men. The “what” in F3
To invigorate male community leadership. The “why”
This is F3’s what’s and why’s.
But what is yours? What makes you get up in the morning? What makes you get up and go harder then the day before? Why do you endure what you do?
I ask you to think about YOUR “why” today. If your “what” is helping you get there to make your “why” worth it.
I hope you continue to accelerate towards YOUR why. They may be different for most of us but we have help here to the left and right us now. You’re not alone.

I’m glad I made it out again and looking forward to spreading out to different AO’s.
Love seeing guys hustle everyone was getting! Mr. Nice guy being a very nice savage lol La Bamba was asking for DT to show him what it’s got!! I’m like damn this guy really wants the smoke lol He kept pushing with a number of pax giving him an extra push as well. Shout out to them, you know who you are.
