Introduction
Nice sunny morning for a hill workout
Warm-O-Rama
-mosey around parking lot
-slow merkins in cadence (x10)
-good mornings
-arm circles (forward and backward)
The Thang
Thang 1:
break into 4 groups. start on four sides of hill (like a clock face, 12, 3, 6, 9 o’clock positions)
Round 1:
Each PAX does number of big boys for each clock position, then bear crawl up hill to top.
Do 1 Bobby Hurley on first trip up (increases each time up hill all the way to 12)
Crawl bear back down the hill to the cone where you started, then mosey over to next clock position.
Clockwise of course. Hit all four stations.
Round 2:
Still doing number of big boys at bottom of hill based on clock position, bear crawl up hill.
Bobby Hurley’s at the top (5 by this time), then run back down hill. mosey to next clock position.
repeat until complete all four stations again.
Round 3:
Still doing big boys at each station, this time just running up and down hill.
Finish all stations and complete 12 Bobby Hurley’s last time up the hill.
Thang 2:
Mosey to play ground for repetition of four exercises for total of 10 minutes, start in four groups.
Station 1: 5 pull-ups
Station 2: 10 crunches using swings. Hold plank position with feet on swings, pull knees to chest
Station 3: 15 air squats
Station 4: 20 mountain climbers (each leg is 1)
Keep rotating through stations OYO until 10 minutes is up.
