Start on the sideline of sand volleyball court. Perform 1 Merkin – run to other sideline – perform 20 Big Boy’s. Run back and do 2 Merkins. Run back for 19 Big Boy’s. Repeat until you do 20 Merkins and 1 Big Boy, running between the sidelines. Always adds up to 21 – BLACK JACK! (much harder than it sounds) SSH for the 6 when finished.
Thang Two
Coupon Toss, perform a blockee where it lands, rinse and repeat until you get to other sideline. Hold plank for the 6. Run it back!
Coupon Drag, drag coupon however you must to the other side. Hold plank for the 6. Run it back!
Murder Bunnies, why not? Murder bunny to the other side. Hold plank for the 6. Run it back!

Take an Indian Run, but the last guy has to weave his way through the Pax to the front of the line. (not a crazy fast pace, East baseball fields along the trail to Waub baseball fields West) Approx 1 mile….maybe?

A #Routine done with concrete blocks. Invented by some ancient Greek probably, but popularized @TangoDelta, who is kinda sorta a modern-day Greek.
Each PAX held plank while one PAX performed one blockee, when routine came back rinse and repeat with two blockee’s. 2 rounds complete (Inspired by Serena’s BD last week yet he used Monkey Humpers)

I shared this two quotes with the PAX ITG. I love quotes & these are some of my fav’s. (I have way too many favorites).
This past Friday was my one year Manniversary and today I paid homage to the “Underground” Boyz! Both of these quotes resonated with me and my F3 journey as I began to think of my CoT for today. Last year I was able to post 3 times officially before we shut down on March 17th.
March 18th my journey continued thanks to these Giant’s who welcomed this knucklehead kid with open arms. We continued with business “not as usual” on the 18th which I believed was our first official F3 “Underground” BC @ DT. We didn’t use a tracker then and everything was off grid, everything but my calendar which I used to track each post.
Those giant’s were Roach Coach (most of the time was stuck with the 6 which was me), Mugsy, Fib, Jackie Chiles, Fake ID, Captain Underpants, Aflac, and Appletini. If we had 3-5 HC’s that was a big O party. We met Mon-Wed-Fri alternating between DT and OP. Sometimes Appletini would kick our rear on Saturdays at North Central’s baseball field. I’m stood (still stand) on their shoulders, thank you MEN!
If you see me on Top of a fence post, understand I had help. LOT’s of help! I didn’t get where I am today on my own. Another giant in my F3 Journey…my mom. She held me down as I trained in the evenings (privately) in order to build my endurance and stamina.
I was determined to not be the 6 for long…
Prayers for Carmen San Diego’s parents, Appletini’s Brother, and Clear Coats Cousin. Serena also requested prayers for our Palmeto 200 crew yet I forgot at the moment.

Naked Man Moleskin
It was quite comical this morning. I pulled in the lot at 4:58 due to my 3 dumps before leaving my pad. I asked the PAX who felt like being there & to be honest? Sparkler for sure raised his hand and I believe Trickle did as well. The rest of us had to drag ourselves out of bed. We had a pity party for about 30 seconds and immediately got to work.
Blackjack I believe is an underestimated Thang IMHO. I guess running through the sand doesn’t help, blame Tonka for that as he introduced me last year (love at first sight). If I Q @ the CIT, sand is likely to be involved. I’m like a small child in a sandbox and can’t help it plus I love the disruption it causes. Either Glenn was hungover or the sandbox was just not his thang. It was a rare occasion of seeing him a little gassed. I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt and will say it was too many cocktails last night. Serena whooped us so bad the poor guy did SSH for like 10 minutes waiting for the rest of us.
The faces after Thang One inspired me to keep us there plus I need to improve my coupon work. I told the PAX if they didn’t have sand in their mouth they weren’t doing it right.
Fib said he would be the 6 yet showed no signs of that once that engine got warmed up. You should had seen him on the last Black Snake.
Box and Tonka had some unfinished business that’s still unfinished due to them not following directions SMH.
