Warm-O-Rama
Warm-up was the 1 mile jog (in the rain) to the 4 Loko Ski Hill
The Thang
First trip: just a jog up
Second trip: jog with stops at each lift for merkin variations
Dips on benches
Third Trip: Curds Q-d a ladder run, progressively getting further up.
Fourth Trip: Bernie Sander Up, jog down (spring for Babyhands and Curds)
Return jog to the Iron Lion
Mary: Leg-sweep merkins, Freddie Mercury, holding low push-up until failure, then into Big Boys
