Introduction
One Year! I had a plan for a pearls-on-a-string type tour of the AO. Then, fences were erected everywhere and 30 HIMs HCed! had to go to plan B.

The Thang
Break up into 7 teams of 4-5 guys each
Each Team has 25:00 to complete as many stations as they can
- Each station is 250 of a specific exercise; once team combines to complete 250, they score the points. Points vary by station based on difficulty
- 250 Chest Press: 2 points
- 250 Bent Over Rows: 3 points
- 250 Dips: 4 points
- 250 Curls: 5 points
- 250 Merkins: 6 points
- 250 Goblet Squats: 7 points
- 250 Overhead Press: 8 points
- Each team must have a runner at all times, running to the “N” and back. Each completed trip earns one point
- Teams of 5 must have 1 member on SSH or holding plank at all times.
- Q sent each team to a specific starting station, but you can go to any station you want after this. Cannot repeat station 2x in a row, but otherwise you can repeat stations as often as you’d like.
Team 2 was the winner with 61 total points – most of the other teams were in the 40s and 50s. Good work!
Circle of Trust
Really humbled and impressed to see 30 guys out today. Easily the largest group for one of my Qs so far (the rest have been 13-16).
One year under my belt. 4 Qs, 4 or 5 Q source Qs, and about 90-95 total posts. I am so thankful for the community here in Naperville, and this F3 family is a big part of what makes it great. I’m looking forward to what’s to come!
