Introduction

I stole this Q from John Fuckin Denver (on accident) and I felt like a complete tool for doing so.  Thank god John Fuckin Denver is the man so he was not pissed and moved his Q to next week…  Dude felt bad because I used 1900887 emojis in my pre blast and he didnt want to see that work go to waste.. MY MAN!  Thanks John Fuckin Denver!!!

First morning that was super cold.  Loved it so much that I got to the Colosseum at 4:20am to set up and do some pre running to warm up as I was still sore AF from Ultimate Football on Saturday…  I wanted to keep the workout simple yet super effective today… I think I accomplished both…

After 10 reps of that, increased sprint to 100 yards from starting line and completed 10 side straddle hops at the 100 yard line, karaoke back… Rinse and Repeat times 10

After 10 reps of that, 100 yard sprints, down and back… Rinse and Repeat until time was called at 5:52 to head back to flags for MARY

Circle of Trust

How to hold yourself accountable with everything going on:

  1. Write SHIT down
  2. Make a personal mission statement  that is short and concise, thorough and something you recite/Print/LIVE
  3. Reward your accomplishments and milestones…. It is important to recharge and keep eye on prize
  4. Create Micro Goals.  This helps to stay committed and also to achieve the larger goal.
  5. Review your performance:  If you start to suck, fix it
  6. Seek feedback from your family/team:  This is the best spot to get unbiased feedback so you can refocus and make better

” Accountability is-first and foremost- about being reliable.  To get a good picture of your personal accountability, you may want to periodically ask yourself, “Can people count on me to do what I say I’ll do, as I said I would do it”
