Introduction
It was another cold morning, but that didn’t slow down these PAX from stepping up and pushing each other to get better. Everyone was paired up and busted through a strong 1,000 rep workout with some parking lot laps included – finished up with e Burpee & Merkin set of 11’s.

Diego Style Work Out – All Pax were paired up and completed the 1,000 reps
100 Merkins
150 Overhead Press
200 LBCs
250 Curls
300 Goblet Squats
While 1 Pax completed the above exercise, the partner did 1 lap around the parking lot and then switch

The Pax lined up and completed 11’s
One side of the parking lot was Burpees (starting at 10) the other side of the parking lot was Arm Release Merkin (starting at 1) – complete Burpees sprint to Merkins each rotation, Merkin total increased by 1 and Burpees decreased by 1.
Followed by a very long Mary 🙂 till 6:00
