I opened it up for the other PAX if they wanted to vent about anything, as per my usual. I have nothing deep to say, other than thanks again for supporting me. I hope it was a good workout, and worth coming out. Don’t take anything for granted, from the brotherhood in F3, to the sunrise we all get to see again by the end of the beat down.

It’s easy for even F3 to become routine, so I try not to.

Naked Man Moleskin

Thang 2 is my daily workout routine when I don’t do F3, with a few modifications. I try to do 100 to 200 reps of each of these by the end of the day, but not all at one time. I wanted to know if I could do 100 reps of each inside a single workout.

 

If I hadn’t done the coupon work first, probably. But maybe next time I’ll just skip the coupons. I don’t seem to be incorporating them smoothly into my workouts. Need to think more about what I’m doing.

Hope the other PAX got better out of this. Snorkle lapped all of us. It was impressive to watch. Everyone completed two rounds of Thang 2, though. So well done, all.
