Introduction
It was a brisk 30 degrees as I rolled into the Rotary Hill lot at 0600 to set up. Frank the Tank was already there getting fired up for the beatdown (woo woo woo!). PAX started rolling in around 6:20, but felt a little lite. We circled up to kick off the F3 disclaimer as a few additional PAX were coming in hot…

Dropped off coupons for Thang 2 at the tower and continued mosey to Centennial Park Parking Lot.
The Thang
Thang 1: Leg Day DORA
PAX partnered up for a DORA workout. On the menu was an all leg burner. 25 reps in, Boxcutter COMING IN HOT!

Partnered up, one PAX started the DORA reps while the other ran the 1/4 mile loop around the park.
After Thang 1, mosey back to the tower for coupon work on Thang 2.

Recently my family and I tested positive for COVID-19. My wife, daughter and I all had tested positive. It was a tough couple of weeks for me trying to keep the house running with work, sick family and trying to isolate my son who had tested negative.
At this point I’d only been active in F3 for about 4 months and the overwhelming support from Naperville PAX blew me away. DMs from 20+ PAX offering help, support and encouragement during this trying time surpassed any expectation I could have imagined.
This experience solidified my belief in F3 as a group, a community and a true brotherhood. Not only for me, but for all PAX who may have or currently are experiencing strife in their life. Whether it be internally, professionally, within your family or other, the F3 community is one you can lean on for help, guidance and support. If you are going through a struggle in your life, you are not alone. This I know to be true. Thank you to all F3 brothers for your continued support of our PAX and our community.
